Exchange Policy
We will be happy to exchange any item that is:
- Unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged
- With original tags intact
- Requested within 7 days from the date of delivery
You may exchange the product with a different size.
Please Note:
- Sale products cannot be exchanged or returned
- Accessories and jewellery are non-returnable and non-exchangeable
- All jewellery and accessories are final sale
Return Policy
Items are eligible for return if they are:
- Unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged
- With original tags intact
- Requested within 7 days from the date of delivery
Refund Details:
- Refunds are processed via Bank Transfer
- It may take up to 15 working days after approval
Damaged / Incorrect Product
- If the shipment is torn or damaged, customers may refuse delivery and contact our support team immediately
- For incomplete or incorrect items, a clear unboxing video is required
- For defective products, clear images or videos must be shared for verification
Reverse Pickup Policy
We offer our customers a simple, hassle-free and free of cost Reverse Pick-up policy.
To request a return or exchange:
You can e-mail us at [email protected] within 7 days from date of delivery to book an exchange/return/refund request.
- Please mention your order number in the subject line to help us quickly process your returns/exchanges.
- Please ensure that all the returned item(s) are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
- The item(s) for reverse pick up will be picked up within 5 business days from the date of request.
- In case of any discrepancy with regards to reverse pick up by our delivery partner, please inform our Customer Support via WhatsApp or e-mail us within 2 days from date of return request.
- After the receipt of item(s), your request for refund/exchanges would be processed.
- In the case of exchanges, your new order will be dispatched to you within 3-5 business days after we receive the earlier shipment.
- Some pin codes are not feasible for reverse pick up. In such cases the customer will need to return the item(s) back to EkTithi at their own cost. The reverse shipping address will remain the same as per the original invoice.
- If the customer has self-shipped the item(s) and the package is lost in transit, no refund will be applicable.
Once received, the product will undergo a quality check. If approved, the return/exchange will be processed.
Additional Conditions
- Each item is eligible for return/exchange only once.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
- No cancellations will be accepted after this period.
